Structure
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for strategic oversight, a President holding executive authority, and a Secretary responsible for institutional records and compliance. Operational units are directed through a Director of Programmes.

Principles
The Foundation is committed to the highest standards of institutional governance, applying to itself the anticipatory and transparent governance principles it advocates for external systems.
Oversight & Accountability
The Foundation undergoes annual financial review and publishes summaries of its activities and use of resources. The Board meets quarterly to review programme performance and strategic direction.
An independent advisory council provides external perspective on research quality, programme design, and institutional direction.
